We offer both recurring service pricing and convenient flat rate seasonal pricing. We are not able to offer one time or on-call services.
In an effort to provide service to our customers’ in a timely manner, we are not able to provide snow shoveling or snow blowing services for walkways, sidewalks, etc.
The timing of storms can be pretty unpredictable. There is no set start time each day, ideally our start times are between 1am- 3 am under ideal conditions. Because of the unpredictability and severity of the weather, we cannot guarantee that we will arrive at your house by a set time after each snow fall. We wish we could make everyone first but can’t make any guarantees as to what time your driveway will be cleared given the unpredictable timing of snow.
We monitor the local weather throughout the night and automatically dispatch our plow operators when 2″ or more snow has accumulated.
Yes we do. We will put them up in late fall and pick them up in the spring.
Absolutely, as much as we try to avoid it from happening, plow damage to lawns can occasionally occur from things such as limited visibility, extreme snow, ice or other factors. At the end of the season we will top dress and seed these areas.
These storms are frustrating for everyone. If there is not 2″ or more of snow accumulation by around noon, we will be out to clear the snowfall during overnight/early morning hours. Operator fatigue is a major concern for us; our operator’s safety, protection of homes & driveways, and motorists safety & reliability is of the upmost importance. We just simply can’t have our operators working through the afternoon, night and next day.
Vehicles parked in your drive way will limit the amount of snow that we will be able to clear, but by no means does it prevent us from doing our best to remove as much snow as possible.
In most cases, our equipment can safely maneuver within 12 ” to 18 ” inches of your garage door, car, stairs and/or entry. We risk the potential for damage to your property and our equipment if we plow any closer. Our operators will remove snow from around these areas to the best of their ability.
Recurring service requires a credit card on file that will be charged after service. Seasonal contracts require full payment in the form or cash, check or credit card.
