Season start and end
Our lawn maintenance season usually starts in late March or early April and will continue through early November. Seasons are subject to start and end sooner or later when weather permits. We will continue offering service as long as weather allows it.
First lawn mowing service
New service requests received Saturday through Tuesday will be scheduled for the same week. Any service requests received Wednesday through Friday will be scheduled for the following week. If the lawn is over grown then there may be an additional service charge. If that is the case we will give you an updated price quote before we begin any services on your property.
What is included
- Mowing of front, rear and side yards
- Trimming around house, mulch beds, trees, mailbox, etc.
- Edging all concrete areas
- Blowing grass off hard surfaces (i.e. driveways, patios, decks, etc.)
When our crews arrive at the property on your scheduled day of service we must have access to the yard to perform services. If you have a locked gate, please use a combination style lock and provide us with the combination to gain access to the yard or ensure the gate is unlocked prior to our crews arrival. We will ensure that your gate will be locked again before we leave your property. If the gate is locked upon arrival we will not be able to mow that portion of the yard. We will contact you before your next scheduled service to ensure we can access the gated area on your next scheduled visit. Our crews will not knock on your door to request access. Our crews are very cautious about ensuring your gates are closed when we leave the property, however please check your gate prior to letting any pets out to ensure they remain in your yard.
Our lawn care rates are calculated based on your lawns gross square footage, before any improvements (i.e. house, driveway, etc.). All prices are based on lot size assuming average circumstances and terrain. If your lawn is not considered to be average (excessive trimming required, steep hills, uneven terrain, obstacles, etc.) we will provide you with a customized quote. If you’re unsure if your lawn is not average please contact us.
Credit card information will be securely collected when your account is established, either online or over the phone and is kept securely on file. All accounts will be billed the day of service. In the event the card on file is not authorized we will contact you for an updated credit card. Balances that remain unpaid within one week will be subject to a $10 late fee. Balances that go past 30 days will be charged off and may be referred for collections. You will be responsible for any collection fees incurred.
We operate Monday through Friday beginning at 8:00am. You will be assigned a specific service day based on our service schedule and we reserve the right to change that day at any time. Due to fluctuating schedules arrival times may vary and cannot be guaranteed. Should the need to reassign your service day arise we will notify you in advance by the evening of the day prior.
In the event of heavy rains or thunderstorms, we will push the remainder of our unfinished lawns back a day and use Saturday & Sunday as make-up days. If this occurs you will be notified. Please feel free to call us or send us an email if you are uncertain.
Schedule Change Request
If you have a specific schedule change request, we will do our best to accommodate your request if our schedule permits. Please call us or send us an email with your request at least one day prior to your scheduled service. We cannot guarantee all schedule change request but will try our best to make accommodations.
If you would like to skip a service please notify the office by phone or email no later than 3:00Pm eastern standard time the day before your scheduled service. If you do not cancel and we arrive on site you may be billed a trip charge should you elect to skip your service that day.
There is no obligation by either party to start and/or continue service. We only ask for a 4 mow minimum to sign up. There are no long term contracts. Once you have signed up for your services we consider you a client from season to season until you cancel service. All cancellations must be made via phone, online, or email no later than 3:00PM the day prior to your service.
Please have all dog waste, toys, water hoses, lawn sprinklers, tools, and any other debris picked up prior to your service day. For safety and liability reasons we do not allow the crew to move any lawn furniture, trampolines, playhouses, etc. If you have a trampoline, swing set, etc. we will do our best to mow or trim under these items without moving them. We assume no responsibility or liability for items left in the yard that are destroyed by our equipment.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the services performed please let us know so we can make it right as soon as possible. Please contact us within 24 hours and we will send a crew back to your property to redo or touch up whatever it is you weren’t satisfied with. Your satisfaction is our primary concern. We want you to love our service so much that you’ll recommend us to your friends and neighbors. If you’re not satisfied, let us know so we can make it right.
We do not offer refunds once you have been billed and services performed. If by chance we missed something, or you weren’t completely satisfied please let us know and we’ll be happy to come back and fix it!
